Terms of Service

We provide personal training and coaching services, including personalized training plans, nutrition guidance, progress tracking and in-app communication. Our app and website run on the Trainera platform, developed and operated by TRAINERA.FIT LLC, whose platform terms (https://trainera.fit/terms-of-service) also apply to your use of the underlying technology.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Training and nutrition content is provided for general fitness purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have been inactive. You participate in training at your own risk and should stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

Prices for our coaching packages and services are displayed before purchase and may vary by region and currency. By purchasing a subscription inside the mobile app, you authorize the charge to your Apple App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account; payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Purchases on the web may be processed by Stripe or PayPal.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless you change your plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings:

• Apple (iOS): Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel Subscription.
• Google (Android): Google Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Free trial periods may be offered for certain plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and the applicable fee is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and managed by Apple and Google, and refund requests are handled according to their refund policies - please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. For purchases made directly with us, contact us and your request will be reviewed in line with applicable consumer law.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or purchased plans with people they were not purchased for.
• Copy, resell or redistribute training or nutrition content provided to you.
• Harass, abuse or harm other users or staff.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

All training plans, nutrition plans, videos and other content provided remain our property (or that of our licensors) and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

The services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aida Zolj is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated. You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time.

These terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

For technical questions about the underlying platform (login issues, billing through the app stores, privacy and data requests), you can also contact the platform operator, TRAINERA.FIT LLC, at support@trainera.fit. Privacy-related requests (access, deletion, data portability) are answered within 30 days; we may need to verify your identity before processing them.
